OXO Ltd (“OXO”, “we”) provides analytics services based on data authorized by users through third‑party APIs, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

2. Data we collect
2.1 Meta platform data
Facebook Page insights, Instagram Business insights, advertising performance (impressions, reach, interactions, spend, clicks). These data relate to business Pages/accounts, not private personal profiles.
2.2 Website data
Contact form (name, email, company, message), anonymized usage data (visited pages, language, time zone), analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), marketing cookies (Meta).
3. Purpose
– dashboards and reporting;
– website audience measurement;
– customer relationship management;
– measurement of advertising effectiveness.
4. Legal basis
Consent: analytics and marketing cookies, contact forms.
Legitimate interest: aggregated, non‑sensitive analytics; website security.
5. Marketing cookies
OXO may use marketing cookies provided by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for the purpose of advertising measurement and personalization. These cookies are only set with your consent.

– Hetzner Online GmbH (EU) hosting
– CRM provider (currently HubSpot or equivalent)
– Meta Platforms (API provider)
Transfers outside the EU may occur under standard contractual clauses.

Analytics data: 24 months.
Forms: 24 months or upon request.
Technical logs: 12 months.
Cookies: per the Cookie Policy.
